Anne is a senior policymaker at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She has an LLM in Public International Law from Utrecht University and an MA degree on Conflict and International Development from Randboud University. She has been part of several NGOs in African continent, and has worked for several international organisations, such as the EU Mission in Liberia and the UN Mission in Somalia. Anne has also participated in a considerable number of conferences, trainings and other forms of non-formal education.
