Dr. Cesar Casiana

Dr. Cesar Casiana was professor at the Tecnologico de Monterrey campus Puebla and the Universidad Iberoamericana. He owns an environmental firm and is the Finance Secretary of the International Rainwater Catchment Systems Association in Mexico, and was responsible for the state’s program on migration, aids, people trafficking and environmental issues in the Human Rights Commission of the State of Puebla. Cesar was a research professor at the Colegio de Puebla, where he worked in the Projects Area at the Secretary of Urban Development. He also worked in the Research Center for Environmental Quality at the Tecnologico de Monterrey Campus Estado de Mexico doing academic research and organizing international academic events. Formerly he was Senior Researcher for the Technological Institute of Zurich about Sustainable Development in Latin America.
