Dr. Paul Meerts is a Senior Associate within the Netherlands Institute of International Relations (Clingendael), as well as an international/diplomatic analyst. He holds a PhD in international Public Law. Paul is additionally member of the Steering Committees of the Processes International Negotiation programme (PIN) and the Netherlands Negotiation Network (NNN). He previously worked as a Research Fellow in the Dutch parliamentary history and Coordination programme on foreign relations for young Dutch diplomats.
