Eric Wilms is a Commander in the Dutch Royal Navy, with a military career that spans back to 1988. He sailed on board of various frigates during the first years of his operational career, before becoming a project manager for various naval procurement programs. Eric holds an MSc in Public Administration, and served as a desk officer at the EU International Military Cooperation Department. He also briefly assumed the duties of Assistance Chief of Staff in the London-based Operational Headquarters of the EU Naval Force ATLANTA, where he focused on maritime capacity building and training in the East African region.
